Senior Recruitment Consultant

Thirteen Employment Agency is looking for a motivated, experienced, and relationship-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with SMEs and international clients to understand their hiring needs and connect them with high-quality talent across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, business development activities, and account management.
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct search.
• Prepare candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial briefing through offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Keep up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
• Achieve individual KPIs relating to business development, placements, revenue generation, and service quality.

Job Specifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business development. Agency recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Possesses a valid CEI certification
