Full-Time Experienced Clinic Assistant (Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents Only)

Location: Yishun

Join our friendly solo GP clinic and enjoy short working hours with no evening shifts.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
  • Minimum 2 years of GP clinic experience
  • Familiar with Clinic Assist software
  • Experience with patient registration, billing and medication dispensing
  • Familiar with CHAS claims is an advantage
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to serve our patient population
  • Responsible, friendly and able to work independently

Job Scope

  • Front desk registration and patient enquiries
  • Medication dispensing
  • Billing and payment collection
  • General administrative duties
  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • No evening shifts
  • Sundays & Public Holidays off
