Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and cost estimates for siphonic drainage system projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and project cost analysis.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets and cost control.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation and contract records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in M&E or plumbing/rainwater drainage works is preferred.
- Good knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
