Job Summary

Provide professional back, shoulder, and full body massage services to clients, ensuring high-quality care and customer satisfaction in a massage establishment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled back, shoulder, and full body massage treatments to meet client needs and promote relaxation
• Apply massage techniques effectively to enhance client well-being and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients during massage sessions
• Manage client appointments and communicate clearly to ensure positive customer experiences
• Work reliably on weekends and public holidays to meet business operational needs
• Demonstrate a customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanor

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold at least one WSQ Certification in Full Body Massage or Holistic Massage

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a massage establishment
• TCM tuina knowledge is a plus point
