Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI, automation, and analytics.
  • Establish digital governance, standards, and best practices.

Technology & Innovation

  • Lead implementation of digital platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate and introduce AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and workflow automation solutions.
  • Oversee system integration and digitalisation of manual processes.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new technologies that improve productivity and service delivery.

Business Process Transformation

  • Review and redesign business processes using Lean and digital-first principles.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation projects across operations, HR, finance, procurement, and customer service.
  • Standardise processes and improve operational efficiency.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop enterprise dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish data governance and reporting standards.

Change Management

  • Lead change management and user adoption initiatives.
  • Develop communication and training plans for digital projects.
  • Build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of five engineers responsible for application development, systems integration, automation, infrastructure, and data solutions.
  • Manage external vendors and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritise digital investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, consulting, or business transformation.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technology teams.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, AI, automation, ERP/CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
