Logistics Executive (6 months/MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - West/up to $4k #HAO

Salary: up to $4000

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Jurong

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm

• Generate shipping document such as Invoice, Packing List, and any kind of shipping documents.

• Liaise with Export Sales in-charge and Country appointed distributors regarding Export shipment for the following countries: Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.

• Check stock in SAP upon receive PO/ Enquiries. Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate with freight forwarder for shipment booking, checking draft BL, insurance certificate, export permit, AICO etc

• Coordinate with warehouse for stock release

• Perform frequent follow up to ensure smooth export operations.

• Establish and maintain an efficient documentation filing system.

• Submit documents to bank for CAD/ LC payments

• Maintaining accurate records of export transactions, documentation, and shipment details for reporting and auditing purposes.

• Undertake any other responsibilities as delegated.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 2-3 yrs of relevant experience
