1 year contract Key Account Pricing Specialist $4.5K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct customer pricing analysis and prepare pricing reports for special rate requests from regional and country pricing teams.
• Analyse pricing data, customer volumes and business opportunities using pricing tools and systems to provide pricing recommendations.
• Create and maintain customised Pricing IDs (PIDs) and rate cards within the GRE system, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and policies.
• Support Global Pricing Initiatives (GPI), including annual and off-cycle implementations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Maintain pricing documentation, reports and performance records, including turnaround time (TAT) and service level agreement (SLA) tracking.
• Perform data analysis, quality checks and data cleansing to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with country pricing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve pricing and system-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Pricing, Costing, Pricing Implementation, Billing, Customer Accounting or a related analytical function.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide pricing recommendations.
• Experience using pricing systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling large datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with regional/global pricing operations will be an added advantage.
