Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that support the holistic development of infants and toddlers.
• Provide attentive and nurturing care in a safe, positive, and stimulating environment.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey and developmental milestones.
• Observe, monitor, and document children's progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create enriching learning experiences and maintain high standards of care.

Requirements

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• Individuals currently pursuing HCIC or ACEY are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for caring for and supporting the development of infants and toddlers.
• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
