- Able to plan , prepare & cook Bangladeshi cuisine food including slow cooked curries.

- Must be able to cook rice like biryani , khichuri etc

- Must ensure that all dishes are correctly plated and portioned out.

- Must ensure that daily kitchen operations are running smoothly
