Recruitment Consultant

Phluid Match is a technology-driven maid recruitment platform connecting employers with helpers across Southeast Asia. Our mission is to make hiring faster, more transparent, and more affordable through technology and AI.

We're looking for a motivated Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employer enquiries from Social Media Funnel on the company’s platform.
• Understand each employer's requirements and recommend suitable candidates from our proprietary AI database.
• Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.
• Achieve monthly placement and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Must posses Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) (Basic) license or be keen to undergo training to attain CEI license quickly
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand employer requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working in an employment agency.
• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
