Design dust collection, ventilation& fume extraction systems (layout, ducting, hood design, filter sizing)
On site assessments for factories in PPE, taking measurements and identifying constraints.
Equipment sizing, and prepare technical proposals, BOMs, and quotations.
Coordinate with workshop on fabrication and with subcontractors on installation.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and air balancing on customer sites
Troubleshoot performance issues post-handover and recommend corrective actions.
At least 3 years in MEP, ACMV, HVAC, ductwork, ventilation, industrial process equipment.
Proficient in AutoCAD, P&ID, isometric piping, electrical schematics.
Background in HVAC commissioning, air balancing, or testing background.
