Assign daily administrative tasks to team members.
Ensure all tasks are completed and solve any administrative issues that may arise.
Coordinate with admin/operation staff, and guide the new hires.
Provide customer service, prepare shipping documents & monitor shipments being cleared.
Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing, and coordinate for warehouse activities.
Collaborate with departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure accuracy of all inventories and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
