Social Media Videographer & Video Editor

Job Summary

We are seeking a trend-driven, agile Social Media Videographer & Video Editor to shoot short-form and long-form videos for our social media pages. In this role, you will be the driving creative force behind our social channels, transforming raw ideas into high-retention visual content. The ideal candidate lives on social media, understands algorithm mechanics, and can produce thumb-stopping videos.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Videography

Shoot optimized content natively for vertical layouts (9:16) and traditional widescreen formats.

Utilize agile gear setups including mirrorless cameras, smartphones and gimbals etc.

Monitor social trends across platforms daily to quickly hijack viral audio, formats, and challenges. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Experience: 1–3 years creating proven, high-performing content specifically for social media brands

Portfolio: A diverse showreel or portfolio link showcasing successful TikToks, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.

Platform Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video specs.

Speed: Ability to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver quick-turnaround content.
