Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 530pm

Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company’s manpower acquisition plan and ensuring Corporate objectives are met
Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
Review and draft job placement advertisement
Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system
Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees’ turnover to identify action plan for improvement

Min. Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or any relevant field
Min. 2-3 years of related working experience
Preferably with manufacturing/ semiconductor relevant experience
Good knowledge on employment legislations
