Job Summary
Manage and optimize fully automated production lines in a cleanroom or semiconductor fab environment, driving productivity and efficiency improvements through cross-departmental coordination and hands-on technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage fully automated production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead continuous improvement projects to increase production productivity and quality
- Identify production bottlenecks promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Coordinate resources and teams to consistently achieve daily production targets
- Enhance staff operational efficiency and product quality through targeted training and process improvements
- Drive cross-departmental projects to improve overall production efficiency and workflow
- Support the implementation of long-term departmental plans aligned with business goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Engineering
- Comfortable working in cleanroom, industrial, or semiconductor fabrication environments
- Willingness to work on-site and perform hands-on technical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
