Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on interviews and hiring decisions.
• Maintain the ATS, recruitment reports, and hiring data.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
• Manage recruitment agencies and related vendor administration.
• Coordinate internship, campus hiring, and career conversion programmes.
• Organise onboarding and improve candidate experience.
• Support HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
