Biotechnologist (cGMP Manufacturing Specialist) | Biotechnology Production Operations #HDC

We are seeking a meticulous and driven professional to support cGMP manufacturing activities, maintain process reliability, and ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cGMP manufacturing operations in accordance with approved SOPs, batch documentation, and electronic manufacturing systems.

• Support cleanroom production activities including equipment setup, cleaning, sterilization, filtration processes, and material preparation.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, process control systems, and production platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Conduct in-process sampling, process checks, documentation activities, and data recording to support production quality.

• Assist with troubleshooting, deviation investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Participate in process validation, technology transfer, equipment qualification, and manufacturing enhancement projects.

• Maintain accurate production records, logbooks, and documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Support safety, quality, housekeeping, and audit readiness standards within the manufacturing facility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide operational support to ensure production targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related disciplines.

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biomanufacturing, or other regulated production environments will be advantageous.

• Knowledge of cGMP practices, cleanroom operations, manufacturing equipment, and production systems is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to operational requirements.

• Willingness to support rotating shifts and comply with cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures.
