Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Handle customer service enquiries for the B2B logistics department
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Prepare and update logistics documentation
• Provide administrative support to daily operations

Requirements

• Candidates with Administration, Retail, or Customer Service experience are welcome to apply
• Comfortable with data entry and administrative tasks
• Good communication and computer skills
