Industry Engagement Manager (Govt Agency/ UP 7.5k)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Singapore government-affiliated agency to hire an Engagement Manager.
• We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with experience in stakeholder coordination, ICT industry research, and data reporting.

The Talent

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the ICT industry or related domains
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; able to perform basic data analysis and reporting
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
• Experience with CRM systems and Tableau will be a strong advantage

Job Description

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage engagement requests
• Prepare meeting briefs and engagement assessments for management
• Track, log, and follow up on all engagements to ensure timely closure of action items
• Compile and analyze supplier data for reporting and submission
• Conduct market research on the ICT industry landscape
• Support various operational and administrative activities as needed
