Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Production Support, preferably in banking or financial services.
Basic knowledge of core banking systems and banking operations.
Experience with Sunline Core Banking is an advantage.
Familiar with ticketing systems and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of incident management is a plus.
