Web3 Ecosystem Manager

We are looking for an Ecosystem Manager to grow our Web3 technology ecosystem across ecosystem projects, developer teams, infrastructure partners, and community-led initiatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of how Web3 ecosystems grow, as well as the ability to drive adoption through product, technical, community, and partner channels.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Web3 ecosystem projects, developer teams, tooling providers, and infrastructure partners
• Onboard high-quality on-chain applications, developer teams, and technical projects into the company’s product ecosystem
• Design ecosystem growth programs, including developer initiatives, grants, co-marketing, and partner campaigns
• Work closely with DevRel on documentation, sample projects, SDK support, and technical tutorials
• Organize or co-host hackathons, developer workshops, online demo days, and ecosystem roundtables
• Build an evaluation framework for ecosystem projects and track activity, feedback, developer engagement, and adoption metrics
• Coordinate with product, engineering, content, and community teams to bring ecosystem partnerships live

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Web3 ecosystem growth, DevRel, ecosystem BD, or ecosystem operations
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets, developer tooling, on-chain applications, and Web3 infrastructure
• Experience with developer ecosystems, hackathons, grants, technical communities, or project partnerships
• Ability to use on-chain data, GitHub, community analytics, and product data for ecosystem research
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with English as the primary working language and Chinese used for Chinese-speaking markets, communities, and partner communications
• Strong project evaluation skills, with the ability to assess real activity, technical quality, and long-term partnership value
• Experience with Cosmos SDK, EVM, Solidity, Rust, or developer tooling ecosystems is a plus
