Supervise daily inbound/outbound operations and admin team, ensuring KPIs and quarterly targets are met
Train and support admin/operations staff; resolve booking and operations issues
Ensure team compliance with HSE, security, quality, and system/customer standards
Liaise with customers, transporters, and vendors on shipments, returns, and daily issues
Handle warehouse data entry, pick lists, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
Support system upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and team-building efforts
Manage overtime planning and escalate/recommend action on non-conformance issues

Preferably 3 years of related experience
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
Must have experience in leading a team

Location: Greenwich

Salary: From $2600-3000/Month (negotiable)

Working Hours: 5-Day(Fri-Tue): Morning
