Programme Manager (A)***

Responsibilities

• Leader of engagement programmes.
• Purview performance metrics, resource allocation, and programme roadmaps.
• Adopt best practices for engagement lifecycles (intake to delivery and post-engagement review by leveraging on established Programme Management methodologies, e.g. PMI).
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Apply agile principles and continuous feedback loops.
• Champion efficiency by identifying opportunities for optimisation and by implementing best practices.
• Stakeholder management across various agencies and external partners.
• Facilitate seamless communication channels between technical teams and business units.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.
• Contribute to development of product strategies that balance innovation with operational feasibility.
• Focus on value realisation and benefit management.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in technology, business operations, or the public sector.
• Track record in strategic programme planning and operational management.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while mitigating risks and issues.
• Technical literacy to engage with engineering teams.
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability in crafting compelling presentations and papers.
• Able to keep up with emerging technology trends and their strategic implications.
• Good business acumen with a focus on sustainable product development and operations.
• Strong understanding of government operations and public sector dynamics.
• Familiar with public sector procurement and financial management practices.
