Key Responsibilities

Transaction Structuring: Assist partners in structuring and executing a variety of deals, including corporate lending, syndicated facilities, leveraged/acquisition finance, project finance, and trade finance. [1]
Documentation: Draft and negotiate term sheets, facility agreements, security documents, and legal opinions. [1, 2]
Due Diligence & Legal Research: Review corporate records, verify regulatory compliance, and assess legal risks associated with financial transactions. [1, 2]
Client Advisory: Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams and maintain ongoing client communication to manage deal timelines and close transactions smoothly.
