We are looking for a passionate and experienced Public Speaking Trainer (Part-Time on Weekdays) to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in teaching advanced-level communication, managing students in public environments, and designing meaningful enrichment experiences—including entrepreneurship and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech enrichment classes, focusing on persuasive speech, hosting, debate, and leadership.
  • Supervise students during public speaking opportunities in outdoor/community settings (e.g., public roadshows, school events).
  • Plan and lead student showcases, parent engagement events, and internal competitions.
  • Prepare student evaluations and liaise with parents on progress.

Skills and Experience Required

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Education, Communications, Performing Arts, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Certified in Speech & Drama / Public Speaking / Education (e.g., Trinity College London, LAMDA, ACTA, Toastmasters) is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of relevant teaching/training experience.
  • Prior experience with primary or youth learners.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong storytelling, facilitation, and public presentation abilities.
  • Confident classroom and group leadership.
  • Creative, reliable, and passionate about teaching / training.

  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
  • Foreigners may apply but must be eligible for a valid Employment Pass (EP) or S Pass as per MOM regulations
