In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, and budgets.
Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Responsible in assisting in contract negotiation and administration
In charge of tracking project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ Quantity Surveying or related field
Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works
Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts
