Concrete Finisher

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean work areas before concrete placement.
• Place, spread, level, and compact fresh concrete.
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, trowels, floats, screeds, and power finishing equipment.
• Form joints, edges, and surface textures as required.
• Repair and patch damaged or defective concrete surfaces.
• Cure concrete using appropriate methods to achieve the required strength.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow workplace safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE. Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Concrete Finisher or in general construction works.
• Minimum Primary School education or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English for daily work instructions and safety purposes.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work in outdoor construction environments.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work with multi-national workers from different countries in a multicultural work environment.
• Knowledge of Bengali is preferred. Ability to communicate in Tamil and/or Chinese will be an added advantage to facilitate coordination with workers and supervisors.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and at different project sites when required.
• Committed to following workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
