Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and quality teams to align procurement with organizational objectives.
- Develop procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems.
- Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
