Julian Grey represents a well-established security and protection solutions provider.

Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers handling security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.
Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of client commitments.
Serve as the main contact for clients on service and maintenance matters, including handling feedback and complaints.
Prepare service scopes and plans, including manpower allocation, skill requirements, schedules, milestones and performance metrics.
Manage daily client interactions, understand their operational requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Monitor team performance, set targets, implement guidelines and support employees in resolving operational issues.
Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure components, systems and operational processes.
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, internal methodologies, training and customer satisfaction.

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in technical service, maintenance or operations.
Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.
Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry will be an advantage.
