Investment Associate - Private Equity Group (HK / SG)

About the Client

Our client is a reputable private equity firm with a strong presence in Asia. Known for its disciplined investment approach and robust governance, the firm continues to build a high-performing team to support its investment activities across the region. To further strengthen its Singapore team, it is seeking a driven and analytical Investment Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Evaluation & Execution: Perform due diligence, valuation modeling, and assessment of new investment opportunities. Support the end-to-end deal execution cycle, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
• Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Portfolio Monitoring & Value Creation: Assist in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top-tier university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in private equity, M&A advisory, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
