Sales and Marketing Engineer (Semiconductor)

Work Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Hour: 5 days Mon – Fri 8am – 5.30pm

Salary: Basic Up to $6,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + $600 Driving Allowance

Job Description

• Develop technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products to promote company solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Serve as primary contact for customers on product specifications and technical inquiries
• Collaborate with sales team to implement strategies and meet sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research
• Lead contract negotiations and manage complete sales cycle
• Conduct product presentations and customer meetings
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams for product improvements
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance tracking
• Travel to customer sites and attend industry events

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field
• Min 3 years experience in Sales Engineer, Field Application Engineer or Technical Sales roles
• Industry experience in semiconductor, precision manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
