Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring project quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
Define technical delivery strategies, including system integration, migration, deployment, and operational support.
Act as the primary technical interface with customers and lead key technical discussions.

Lead solution architecture and integration design across multiple systems and platforms.
Drive technical decision-making, risk assessment, and performance, reliability, and security optimisation.

Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and customer acceptance activities.
Manage cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Establish operational standards, monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement.

1. 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, solution architecture, or system integration, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

2. Strong expertise in large-scale system architecture, networking, cloud-native technologies, Linux, containers (Kubernetes), and automation.

3. Proven ability to lead customer technical discussions, develop technical proposals, and manage complex project delivery.
