Responsibilities

Experience in pre & post contract administration
Prepare tender cost submission/measurement/quantity take off/cost evaluation
Request for quotation from the respective trades and nego for best quote
Evaluate price comparison and costing summary
Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and final account closing
Follow up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients
Arrangements on sample submission, if required
Maintenance of project documentation
Request for purchase order and payment requisition
Ad-hoc relevant duties as assigned

Requirements

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Quantity Surveyor, Project & Facilities Management or Building / Construction Management)
Minimum 3-years of relevant working experience in commercial interior fit-out
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Have good knowledge of market updates and construction cost trends.
