Leading/supporting Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage import processes efficiently.
Monitor activities ie.shipping documents/coordinate with carriers/customs compliance/billing
Implementing process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
Track team performance (SLAs & KPIs), provide feedback, and escalate issues to the Manager.
Handle complex import-related customer inquiries and serve as a point of escalation for service issues.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.
Support develop of import customer service policies and ensure staff compliance with procedures.
Possess supervisory exp in airfreight, understand import process, document & customs requirement.
