Job Scope:

Develop test cases and data-generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system
Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines.
Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases
Identify and document defects using Excel, and manage the complete defect resolution process.
Perform accuracy checks on all letters, notices, and statements to ensure a seamless migration to the new system
Deliver post-migration support by identifying, analysing, and resolving production issues.
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.
