  • Registration and appointment scheduling for patients
  • Attending to walk-in enquiries and phone calls
  • Verification of patient particulars and documents
  • Collection of payment and basic cashiering duties
  • Crowd control and queue management
  • Assisting patients with self-registration kiosks or forms
  • Coordination with nurses/doctors for patient flow
  • Filing, data entry, and other administrative support
  • Ensuring accurate updating of records in the system
    • Providing frontline customer service and support to patients and visitors
  • Customer service or admin experience preferred
  • Able to commit for entire duration
  • Comfortable handling patients and fast-paced environment
  • Able to work shifts/weekends
