Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) networks.
Assist with server deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
Prepare, validate, and deploy workstation images.
Perform system backup, restoration, and cloning activities.
Configure workstation settings, user access, permissions, and local administrator accounts.
Manage network connectivity, cloud storage integration, and OneDrive mapping.
Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
Ensure IT systems comply with data integrity standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting IT systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience working with GMP-regulated systems.
Knowledge of computer system validation and regulated environments.
Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems (e.g. TOC or MALDI) will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
