Position: Sales Engineer – Welding Consumables
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Saturday: Half-day Saturday morning on rotational basis, about once a month
Off-in-lieu: Half-day Friday afternoon off-in-lieu before rotational Saturday
Salary (Commensurate based on Experience) : Up to S$6,000 + AWS + Average Commission of $1000 - $2000 or more + Medical Benefits + Transport Allowances Open to discuss + Annual Leave

Industry: Welding Consumables / Industrial Supplies

Develop and manage sales of welding consumables to new and existing customers.
Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base across relevant industries.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, contractors and end users.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
Conduct product presentations, sales visits and technical discussions with customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate commercial terms.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to support sales strategy.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and customer records.
Support after-sales matters and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the welding consumables industry.
Strong technical knowledge of welding consumables, applications and customer requirements.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.
Candidates with experience handling industrial, marine, construction, manufacturing or related accounts will have an advantage.
