Job Description

  • Position: Shipping Assistant (6 Months’ Contract)
  • Well Established US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing MNC
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Company Transport Provided
  • Duration: Contract
  • Industry: US Medical & Healthcare Packaging Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange shipments.
  • Prepare and verify import/export documentation for shipment clearance.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer enquiries and assist in resolving delivery and shipment-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for orders and shipments.
  • Support the General Manager with administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in shipping documentation.
  • Experience in import / export documentation is an added advantage.
