Manage daily procurement operations and process purchase orders

Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations

Work with the finance team to process invoices and resolve discrepancies

Prepare procurement reports and support process improvement initiatives

Perform other ad-hoc procurement duties as assigned
