Oversee maintenance and performance of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency
Support digital systems and use data and automation for smarter maintenance and monitoring
Lead system upgrades and engineering projects with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards including audits
Manage procurement, budgeting, reporting, and technical support for projects and tenancy works

Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Relevant experience in mechanical systems, projects, or equipment replacement is a plus!
Familiarity with data analytics, AI, or IoT technologies is an advantage
Good understanding of M&E maintenance concepts with strong problem-solving and communication skills
