Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiry
  • Assist customers with ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting and tablet placement
  • Clear prayer items after Ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting
  • Monitor the functionality of hall equipment and report for any breakdowns
  • Maintain the order and cleanliness of the ancestral halls
  • Support the Monastery annual prayer events

Job Specifications

  • Qualification: Possess Secondary school qualification
  • Year(s) of Experience: At least 1 year of front-line working experience
  • Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Good customer service skills
  • A team player with positive work attitude
  • Possess Work-At-Height certificate will be of advantage
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
