Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates
Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution
Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes
Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies
