  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update personal details in HR systems
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Perform updates for employees’ residential addresses and manage work pass renewals.
  • Monitor and maintain a healthy work pass quotas
  • Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management
  • Support performance management cycles, including annual appraisals and increment
  • Assist in identifying talent development needs and support career planning initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, systems, and policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy will be an advantage
