Food Technologist - BAKING (FOOD MNC) - West/up to $4.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $4500

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-fri office hrs

Location: West

• Conduct bakery and snack application trials in laboratory and pilot plant environments. Prepare formulations, ingredients, and samples for testing and evaluation.

• Independently prepare and bake products such as bread, cakes, cookies, crackers, and other baked goods for application testing and product evaluation.

• Record trial observations, collect experimental data, analyze data, and prepare basic technical reports and share with team members and project managers.

• Support product evaluations, customer sample preparation, and project activities as required.

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, manage ingredients and sample, and comply with all laboratory and safety requirements.

• Support troubleshooting and optimization of formulations under the guidance of senior team members or project managers.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Food Science or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience in food product development, bakery operations, or food manufacturing, preferably with baking experience
