Job Summary
PM Executive coordinates projects end-to-end to improve patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, and manpower requirements collaboratively with stakeholders to align with healthcare objectives
- Align project plans and execution with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare standards in Singapore
- Coordinate effectively between clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of care delivery and project activities
- Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items to maintain project momentum
- Support regulatory compliance by assisting in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes, maintaining accurate documentation for reviews
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to identify and mitigate risks such as staffing shortages or operational disruptions
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, workflows, care protocols, progress reports, and dashboards for management and regulatory reporting
- Collect and analyze quality improvement data such as KPIs and incident reports to recommend actionable process enhancements
- Liaise with medical suppliers, IT vendors, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet healthcare standards
- Support contingency planning and emergency preparedness to enhance operational resilience
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by company management
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Communication and relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams
- Leadership skills to guide project teams and influence stakeholders
- Understanding of healthcare operations and nursing workflows to ensure project relevance
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, especially local MOH requirements, to maintain compliance
- Basic data analysis skills for quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare systems such as EMR and incident reporting tools to support project execution
- Attention to detail critical in patient care settings for accurate documentation and reporting
