Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response planning
Manage emergency response plans, SOPs, drills, and readiness activities
Coordinate response for incidents such as pandemics, IT downtime, and operational disruptions
Supervise and develop the Emergency Planning team
Support crisis activation, Operations Centre setup, and post-incident reviews
Manage emergency equipment, resources, budgets, and procurement
Coordinate with MOH and internal stakeholders on emergency preparedness initiatives

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong stakeholder coordination and team leadership skills
Knowledge of emergency preparedness and crisis response
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
