We are hiring Customer Service Assistant to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in drivers with registration, onboarding, account setup, and document submission.
  • Follow up with drivers on incomplete applications and provide onboarding updates via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Handle basic enquiries, maintain accurate onboarding records, and provide administrative support.
  • Support driver acquisition activities and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
  • Prior Experience in customer service is an added advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm

Salary: $12/hour

Contract Period: 2 months
