M&E Engineer[Future Project/Maincon/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering]

Project Coordination & Supervision

• Assist the M&E Manager in planning, supervising, and coordinating all M&E works to ensure timely and compliant installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and authority requirements.

Technical & Documentation Support

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and method statements.
• Review M&E drawings against architectural and structural layouts to preempt clashes and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection records, T&C documentation, and as-built drawings.

Testing, Commissioning & Compliance

• Support T&C activities through test preparation, progress monitoring, and ensuring proper signoffs.
• Ensure all M&E works adhere to safety protocols, including RA, SWP, and permit-to-work procedures.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and secure approvals.
• Attend project and safety meetings, reporting on M&E status and following up on action items.
• Guide and mentor junior team members to improve technical and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of M&E engineering experience in building projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or data centre preferred).
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, local codes, construction practices, and regulatory compliance.
