Coordinate shipments and liaise with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Prepare shipping documents and ensure smooth delivery and customs clearance.

Handle customer enquiries, warranty claims, and logistics-related issues.

Process invoices and payments using SAP.

Prepare monthly operational and KPI reports.
